This document provides a strong foundation for Futurale College to operate effectively and ethically while protecting the interests of all stakeholders.
 1- Scope
These Policies & Terms govern the relationship between Futurale College (“College”), its students, participants, instructors, partners, and other stakeholders. They apply to all Futurale College programs, services, projects, and activities, including but not limited to:
- Educational Programs: All programs offered by Futurale College, including but not limited to workshops, seminars, master classes, Forums, certificate programs, and non-degree programs, post graduate programs, .
- Research Projects: All research projects conducted by Futurale College, including but not limited to foresight studies, publication, and impact assessments.
- Consulting Services: All consulting services offered by Futurale College to individuals, organizations, and governments.
- Events and Conferences: All events and conferences organized or co-organized by Futurale College.
- Use of College Facilities: Use of any Futurale College facilities, including classrooms, laboratories, and common areas.
- Access to College Resources: Access to any College resources, including but not limited to libraries, databases, and online platforms.
- Intellectual Property
- Copyright: All course materials, research findings, intellectual property developed by Futurale College, and any materials created as part of Futurale College programs are the exclusive property of Futurale College, unless otherwise stated.
- Use of College Materials: Students, participants, and other stakeholders may use College materials for personal, non-commercial, and educational purposes only, with proper attribution to Futurale College.
- Data Ownership: Futurale College may collect and use personal and professional information of students, participants, instructors, and other stakeholders for academic, administrative, and marketing purposes.
- Data Privacy and Confidentiality
- Data Protection: Futurale College is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of all personal information collected.
- Data Use: Personal information will be collected, used, and disclosed in accordance with applicable privacy laws and regulations, including the Canadian Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
- Data Security: Futurale College will implement appropriate security measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, or destruction.
- Data Sharing: Futurale College may share anonymized or aggregated data for research or statistical purposes, provided that such sharing does not compromise the privacy of individuals.
- Note: Futurale College may use photos and videos taken during programs, including certificates, event footage, and participant testimonials, for promotional purposes on its website (www.futuralecollege.ca) and Futurale TV (www.futurale.tv). Participant consent to any publication: name, photos, videos, etc.
- Academic Integrity
- Plagiarism: Plagiarism, including but not limited to copying another person’s work without proper attribution, is strictly prohibited.
- Academic Misconduct: Academic misconduct includes, but is not limited to, cheating, fabrication of data, and unauthorized collaboration.
- Consequences: Academic misconduct may result in disciplinary action, including but not limited to, grade deductions, course failure, suspension, or expulsion from programs.
- Student Conduct
- Respectful Behavior: All individuals associated with Futurale College are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful, professional, and ethical manner.
- Disruptive Behavior: Disruptive behavior, including but not limited to, harassment, intimidation, and inappropriate language, will not be tolerated.
- Compliance with College Policies: All individuals are expected to comply with all College policies and procedures.
- Use of College Facilities
- Use of Facilities: Use of College facilities is subject to the rules and regulations of the College.
- Maintenance: Users are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and order of the facilities.
- Safety: All individuals are responsible for their own safety and the safety of others while using College facilities.
- Intellectual Property Rights
- Copyright: All intellectual property created by students, participants, or instructors as part of Futurale College programs may be owned by the College.
- Licensing: Futurale College may license or commercialize intellectual property developed within its programs.

Futurale College shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of its programs, services, or facilities, except as may be required by law.

- Consent
By enrolling in any Futurale College program, accessing any of its services, or participating in any of its activities, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Policies & Terms.

- Registration and Payment
- . Registration: Registration for all Futurale College programs is conducted online
           through  the designated registration portal.
- Payment: Full payment for programs is generally required at the time of registration. However, alternative payment arrangements (e.g., installments) may be available in certain cases. Please inquire with the College for specific payment options.
- Confirmation: Upon successful registration and payment, students will receive a confirmation email with further details regarding the program.
- Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation Requests: Students may request a cancellation in writing (via email) to the College.
- Cancellation Fees:
- Cancellation prior to program start date: A 50% cancellation fee may apply.
- Cancellation after program start date: No refund will be issued for cancellations made after the program commencement date.
- Exceptions: The College may consider exceptions to the cancellation policy on a case-by-case basis due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Program Changes
- Program Modifications: Futurale College reserves the right to modify program dates, times, instructors, or curriculum as needed.
- Program Cancellations: In rare cases, Futurale College may need to cancel a program due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., insufficient enrollment, instructor availability). In such cases, students will be notified as soon as possible and offered alternative options, such as a full refund or transfer to another program.

Futurela College Certification Policy
This policy outlines the nature and recognition of certificates and diplomas issued by Futurela College, in collaboration with Methodologica Governance University.
1. Official Endorsement
All certificates and diplomas delivered by Futurela College are official documents, duly approved and endorsed by both Futurela College and Methodologica Governance University. They attest to the successful completion of programs and courses offered by these institutions.
2. Government Recognition
It is explicitly stated and understood that none of the certificates or diplomas issued by Futurela College, including those in collaboration with Methodologica Governance University, are recognized by the governments of Canada or France for the purpose of professional licensure, public sector employment, or any other regulatory requirement that mandates government-accredited credentials.
3. Nature of Credentials
All diplomas and certificates awarded by Futurela College are classified as “diplôme d’établissement” (institutional diplomas) and are considered “officiel” (official) within the framework of Futurela College and Methodologica Governance University. This means they are valid credentials issued by the institutions themselves, but they do not hold the status of state-recognized or government-accredited qualifications in Canada or France.
4. Candidate Acknowledgment
Prior to enrollment and the awarding of any certificate or diploma, all candidates are required to formally acknowledge and sign a declaration confirming their understanding and acceptance of this clause. This signature will serve as proof that the candidate is fully aware that the credentials received are institutional and are not recognized by the governments of Canada or France.
