No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Nevertheless, the College will take reasonable measures to protect information against unauthorized access and other foreseeable risks.
3.4 Data Sharing and Research
Where appropriate and lawful, the College may use or disclose anonymized or aggregated information for research, statistical analysis, institutional evaluation, reporting, and knowledge-development purposes.

Where misconduct is established, appropriate measures may include a warning, reassessment, a reduction in grade, failure of an assessment or program, suspension, or removal from a program.
Any action will be subject to applicable law, relevant institutional procedures, and any contractual or program-specific requirements.

7. Registration and Payment
7.1 Registration Procedures
Registration for College programs and activities will generally take place online through the designated registration portal or another registration method authorized by the College.
Applicants must provide accurate, complete, and current information and submit any required documentation.
The College may request additional information where reasonably necessary to process an application or verify eligibility.
7.2 Program Fees and Payment
Program fees, payment deadlines, and applicable charges will be communicated through the relevant program information, registration page, invoice, or agreement.
Unless otherwise specified, full payment is required at the time of registration. Alternative arrangements, including installment payments, may be available at the College’s discretion.
Applicable payment conditions will be communicated before the relevant payment commitment is finalized.
7.3 Registration Confirmation
Where registration and payment are required, confirmation will ordinarily be provided after the applicable requirements have been satisfied.
Confirmation may include program dates, access instructions, participation details, and other relevant information.
7.4 Participant Responsibility
Participants are responsible for reviewing the relevant program description, eligibility requirements, schedule, delivery format, fees, and cancellation conditions before completing registration.
8. Cancellation, Withdrawal, and Refunds
8.1 Cancellation Requests
Requests to cancel a registration or withdraw from a program must be submitted in writing to the College at contact@futuralecollege.ca or through another designated channel communicated to the participant.
The date on which the College receives the request may be used to determine the applicable cancellation conditions.
8.2 Cancellation Before the Program Commencement Date
For participant-initiated cancellations received before the scheduled commencement date, a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the applicable program fee may apply, subject to the terms communicated at registration and applicable law.
Any applicable refund will be calculated after deducting authorized cancellation charges and any other amounts lawfully payable.
8.3 Cancellation After the Program Commencement Date
As a general policy, participant-initiated cancellations after a program has commenced are not eligible for a refund, except where otherwise required by applicable law or expressly approved by the College.
8.4 Exceptional Circumstances
The College may consider exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis, including serious unforeseen events affecting a participant’s ability to attend or continue a program.
Any exception will be assessed in light of the circumstances, the relevant program terms, and applicable legal requirements.
8.5 Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved, the College will communicate the applicable amount and processing arrangements.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method where reasonably practicable, subject to applicable payment-provider requirements and law.
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory refund or cancellation right available under applicable legislation.
9. Program Modifications and Cancellations by the College
9.1 Program Modifications
Futurale College reserves the right to make reasonable changes to program dates, schedules, delivery methods, instructors, content, or administrative arrangements where necessary.
The College will make reasonable efforts to notify affected participants of material changes in a timely manner.
Where a change materially affects a participant’s registration, the College may offer an appropriate alternative or other reasonable arrangement, subject to the relevant program terms and applicable law.
9.2 Program Cancellation
The College may occasionally need to cancel or postpone a program due to circumstances such as insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, operational difficulties, or other unforeseen events.
Where a program is cancelled by the College, affected participants will be notified as soon as reasonably practicable.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable requirements, the College may offer:
- A transfer to an alternative program or future session.
- An alternative learning arrangement.
- A refund of the applicable program fee where appropriate or legally required.
Any alternative arrangement or refund will be communicated to the affected participants.
10. Certification and Institutional Credentials
This section establishes the general framework governing certificates, diplomas, and other credentials issued by Futurale College, including credentials delivered in collaboration with Methodologica Governance University where such collaboration applies.
10.1 Issuance of Certificates and Diplomas
Futurale College may issue certificates, diplomas, and other institutional credentials to eligible participants who satisfy the applicable program requirements.
Where a program is formally delivered in collaboration with Methodologica Governance University and the relevant arrangement authorizes joint issuance or endorsement, the applicable credentials may identify both institutions.
The issuing institution, signatories, endorsement arrangements, and conditions of award will be determined by the relevant program documentation and institutional agreement.
10.2 Nature and Status of Credentials
Unless expressly established otherwise through appropriate official documentation, credentials issued by Futurale College are institutional credentials attesting to participation in, or successful completion of, the relevant educational or professional development program.
Such credentials must not be represented as government-issued qualifications, state-recognized degrees, or government-accredited awards unless the relevant status has been formally established by the competent authority.
An institution’s internal approval or endorsement of a certificate does not, by itself, establish government recognition or accreditation.
10.3 Government Recognition and Professional Licensing
The recognition of a certificate or diploma depends on the applicable legal and regulatory framework, the awarding institution’s status, the nature of the credential, and the requirements of the relevant receiving authority.
Futurale College does not represent its institutional certificates or diplomas as automatically recognized by the governments of Canada or France for professional licensure, regulated employment, public-sector appointments, admission to further study, or other purposes requiring a government-recognized or officially accredited qualification.
Participants are responsible for verifying the acceptance of a credential with the relevant employer, educational institution, professional association, licensing body, or government authority before enrolling if such recognition is essential to their objectives.
10.4 Institutional Diplomas (Diplรดmes d’รฉtablissement)
Where applicable under the relevant institutional framework, certain credentials may be described as diplรดmes d’รฉtablissement, meaning institutional diplomas awarded by an educational institution.
This designation does not, by itself, establish that a credential is a state-recognized qualification or a government-accredited award in Canada, France, or any other jurisdiction.
The legal status and recognition of each credential must be assessed according to the applicable institutional and regulatory framework.
10.5 Candidate Acknowledgment
Before enrollment, where a program awards an institutional certificate or diploma whose status may be material to a candidate’s decision, the College will provide appropriate information concerning the nature of the credential and any applicable limitations on recognition.
Where required by the relevant program terms or applicable law, candidates must acknowledge these conditions in writing before enrollment or the awarding of the credential.
Such acknowledgment confirms that the candidate has received and understood the relevant information. It does not waive any non-excludable statutory right.
10.6 Verification of Credentials
The College may maintain administrative records of credentials issued and may provide verification services to confirm the authenticity of certificates and diplomas, subject to applicable privacy, recordkeeping, and data protection requirements.
Verification of authenticity confirms that a credential was issued by the identified institution. It does not independently establish government recognition, professional licensing eligibility, or equivalency to a regulated qualification.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Futurale College will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from participation in its programs, use of its services, or access to its facilities.
The College does not guarantee that participation in any particular program will result in employment, promotion, professional licensing, admission to another institution, government recognition of a credential, or any specific professional or financial outcome unless such a commitment has been expressly made in a binding written agreement.
Participants remain responsible for assessing the suitability of a program for their individual objectives and for verifying any external recognition requirements relevant to their circumstances.
Nothing in these Policies and Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
12. Amendments to These Policies and Terms
Futurale College reserves the right to review and amend these Policies and Terms to reflect changes in institutional operations, educational practices, legal requirements, or administrative procedures.
The current version will be made available through the College’s designated communication channels or website.
Where an amendment materially affects existing participants or contractual arrangements, the College will provide notice where required by applicable law or agreement.
Amendments will not operate retrospectively to remove rights that have already accrued or to override mandatory legal protections.
13. Contact and Inquiries
Questions, requests for clarification, and concerns relating to these Policies and Terms may be directed to Futurale College through the following contact details:
Institution: Futurale College
Email: info@futuralecollege.ca
Website: www.futuralecollege.ca
Individuals contacting the College should provide sufficient information to enable their inquiry to be reviewed and addressed appropriately.
14. Acknowledgment and Acceptance
By registering for a program, accessing a College service, or participating in a College activity, individuals acknowledge that they have been provided with access to these Policies and Terms and are expected to comply with the provisions applicable to their participation.
Where a separate agreement, consent form, or acknowledgment is required, the individual must complete that document in accordance with the relevant instructions.
These Policies and Terms should be read together with applicable program-specific conditions, institutional agreements, privacy notices, and other relevant documents.
